- Customer Prints and all quality documents are under controlled and stored in ERP system, assuring current version updates.
- Make ready all necessary checking gages before prototype.
- Strict checking gages Calibrations on time.
- In samples approval period, parts are inspected 100% according to drawings and applicable specifications.
- Scheduled process audits and routing/final inspections
- Quality records be provided to the customer, including materials Chemical Composition, Certificates, Dimensions Test Reports, etc.
